Swim
Warm up 3×300 (kick, swim, pull)
Main set
- 8×50 (1min 5sec)
- 8×50 (1min 5sec), 4×100 (2min)
- 8×50 (1min 5sec), 4×100 (1min 50sec), 400 (1min 50sec for 100)
Cool down 1600 (kick 500, pull with sculling 500, swim with drill 600)
Total 4900
