Warm up 4*150 (100 free + 50 non-free)

Pre-set: 3 sets? of
- 100 extended catch-up
- 4*50 drill (catch-up, sail boat, sail boat with arm up, ?)
- 100 DPS (beath 5)

Main set: 3 sets of
- 4*50 (descending)
- 100 kick (hard on blue/white)
- 50 DPS + 150 non-free

Cool down 300

Total 3300 ?
